Custom Digitizing

The best embroidery begins with quality digitizing. Rich Medcraft is a master digitizer and embroidery artist. He is a perfectionist by nature and digitizes all designs in-house using industry leading Wilcom Embroidery Design software. Every design is carefully tested on actual target garment material. This insures you get the very best quality for your particular needs. If you are an embroiderer you will appreciate the smooth, efficient way Rich's designs sew. You will also impress your customers with the quality. All designs are quoted based on their complexity rather than by total stitch count. Rich specializes in small lettering and has taught many digitizers his special techniques. Whether it's a simple or complex corporate logo, Rich will transform your design into beautiful embroidery.

​Embroidery stitch files can be provided in a variety of machine languages. Once completed and tested, you will receive by e-mail your design with sewing instructions. Wilcom'emb' files can be provided on request. Minimal resizing and edits are no additional charge. Rich will work with you to your complete satisfaction.
Send your art to Rich for a free quote. Please send the best quality art you have for best results. StitchWise prefers vector art (Corel or Illustrator files) or high resolution scanned art (minimum 300 dpi). If needed, art service is available at additional cost.

E-mail your design art to ​[email protected]. Please include what size you would like your embroidery and what it will be sewn on. Also include what machine language you require. You will receive a prompt reply and quote. If requested, Rich will include an estimated stitch count.

Education

If you are a commercial embroiderer or digitizer looking for additional training Rich can help. He offers personal one-on-one as well as group training. Learn basics of commercial embroidery on up to advanced digitizing.

Digitizing training is non software specific. All you need to know is how to create basic stitch types in your embroidery software:  running, satin and tatami. Training will be customized to your level of expertise. Learn to digitize small lettering, basic and complex corporate logos or specialty techniques such as 3 D puff embroidery digitizing, applique and blending. ​Contact Rich to discuss your needs.
